HaPPy BirTHDaY JeFF!



So who believes he hasn't been kissed??? Well being his mom I'm going to!(haha)

His friends decorated the door and the sidewalk! It went all the way down the road!!! He's such a fun person everyone loves being around him! Especially the girls!
